Exchange/Refund
Customers can have an item request for a refund/exchange within 14 days. The item(s) must be in its/their original packaging and in brand new and/or unused condition to qualify.
The shipping fee will not be refunded (if applicable) under any circumstances, and the customer is responsible for all fees to have the package returned back to us. There is also an additional 15% restocking fee if the item is returned for a refund.

Items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days. Express Delivery is available for an extra charge. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.

Currently not available. If you live outside of the United States, please contact as we may be able to accommodate. Shipping rates will be given at that time.

Items ordered through Express Delivery will arrive between 1-5 business days, depending on your country's custom clearance. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping the item(s) to a destination outside the U.S. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.
