I’ll stand behind my work and will do repairs if there is any structural failure for reasons that are in my area of responsibility. By design, my bags are made with as few seams as possible, saddle stitched by hand to prevent such failures, and are made with repairability in mind for a lifetime of hard use. I ask that the client be responsible for the costs of shipping the bag to me and back in case of such failure. I’ll take care of the rest. My responsibility for fixing a problem may be undercut, however, if the bag has had work done on it by someone else.
